Frequently Asked Questions
How do I create an ad?
Click the "Post Ad" button, fill in your pet's details, upload photos, and choose between fixed price or auction. For auctions, you'll need to pay an activation fee.
How do commissions work?
For fixed-price items, we charge 1% (VAT included) minimum 5 SAR commission when your item sells. For auctions, there's a 20 SAR upfront activation fee.
How do I pay for auction fees or commissions?
You can pay securely through our integrated payment gateway. We support multiple payment methods including credit cards and local payment options.
What if my item doesn't sell?
You can republish your ad after the cooldown period or modify the price and details to improve your chances of selling.
