By accessing and using ZooMarket, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring your information is accurate and up-to-date
User Content and Ads
When you post content on ZooMarket, you:
- Retain ownership of your content
- Grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content
- Agree that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
- Accept responsibility for the accuracy of your ads
Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent ads
- Engage in illegal animal trading
- Harass or abuse other users
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Use the platform for any unauthorized commercial purpose
Commissions and Fees
ZooMarket charges a commission of 1% (VAT included) minimum 5 SAR on successfully sold items. Auctions require a 15 SAR activation fee.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service or for any other reason.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
